I started my career in the field of corporate training in India after completing my bachelor’s degree in commerce. As a corporate trainer I had opportunity to meet and train a wide variety of clients. This gave me valuable experience in the field of training and personal development. I moved to Melbourne in 2008 and worked hard towards achieving my own personal health goals; through this I developed a passion for fitness. I am a certified Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor, a certified Barre Attack & Yoga instructor. I believe everyone ‘wants’ to be fit and healthy. My goal is to help and coach people to achieve their fitness potential and improve their lifestyle in a fun and light-hearted environment. I have been working for several years now, teaching Pilates/Yoga and Barre and have loved every minute of every session, even the 6am ones! See you in class.
