In 2009 Donna completed a two year Diploma of Hatha Yoga teaching with Gita International School of Yoga and in 2010 obtained her Pilates Instructor certificate with Stott Pilates. She continues to upgrade her Pilates teaching skills with ongoing study at Breathe Yoga and Pilates studio and has completed further training in meditation, nutrition and progressive relaxation.
Donna is passionate about Pilates and yoga and loves that she is able to share that passion with others on a daily basis. When not teaching or practicing yoga and Pilates Donna enjoys relaxing with family and friends, sharing good food, wine and laughs.
